The always-ready OT Multi Purpose model in Graytanium Titanium alloy!
Thanks to John Gray for the limited supply of this material! It has been heat treated to put the maximum amount of carbides into solution, the unusually high vanadium content does some nice cutting. Sharpening steels work great to quickly touch up the edge. Edge retention is much better than common grades such as 6AL4V, yet it still retains the weight savings (-35%) and very high corrosion resistance. Micro-welded tungsten carbide is NOT needed with this alloy. The edge retention is comparable to a lot of mass production stainless knives, mora, victorionox etc. and the Graytanium is nice and tough as well.
5/32" thick Graytanium titanium alloy
